Kezinking – Refund & Return Policy
At Kezinking, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The size does not fit.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Artificial jewellery (for hygiene reasons) unless defective
- Clearance / final-sale products
3. Return Process
- Contact us using the details below with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through pickup or return instructions.
- Once we receive the product and it clears quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Online Payments: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or UPI
Refund Time: 5–7 working days after quality approval.
If the item fails the quality check (used, damaged, missing tags), the refund may be declined.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible—however, you may request a return after delivery.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
