Kezinking – Refund & Return Policy

At Kezinking, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The size does not fit.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Artificial jewellery (for hygiene reasons) unless defective
  • Clearance / final-sale products

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us using the details below with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through pickup or return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the product and it clears quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Online Payments: Refund to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or UPI

Refund Time: 5–7 working days after quality approval.

If the item fails the quality check (used, damaged, missing tags), the refund may be declined.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible—however, you may request a return after delivery.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
